Will be desqualified the websites that:

1. Present pornographies, violence, abuse of child or animal, racism, sexism or that contain links for sites with these contents.

2. Promote things as Warez or supply illegal contents to the general public.

3. Oblige the visitor to vote for the site, to sign the guestbook or to download any software to view the site.

4. Opens more than one pop-up window or forces the user to use CTRL+Alt+Down to exit.

5. Disrespect the copyrights.

6. With unloaded images, broken links or under construction.

7. With 404 errors code or blank pages and if in two visits the site don´t open.

8. Shows horizontal scrollbar at a screen resolution of 1024x768.
