name is Lupércio
Mundim and I´m the
owner and only evaluator
of this Award Program, I
was born in november 4 of
1946 in Brazil and lived
in the cities of Ipameri,
Goiânia and Rio de
Janeiro. I´m a lawyer
and studied in the Faculdade
Anhanguera de Ciências
Humanas of Goiânia.
I start to create my personal
sites (I have 12 sites)
in 1995 and for me the most
important is the content
and the design, the sites
must be originals, interesting,
useful and friendly for
all.
The
system used for evaluation
is surfing and reviewing
sites using Microsoft Windows
XP operating system, Internet
Explorer version 7.0 with
a Pentium III on a LCD 17"
monitor with screen resolution
of 1024 X 768 pixels, using
ADSL (1.000 Kbps) at home.
